There are various causes to gain fat at abdomen like undisciplined lifestyle, taking junk foods, lack of sleep at the night, lack of exercises, taking alcohol, taking some drugs etc. Heavy abdomen not only causes for various diseases but also is heavy risk for heart attack. So, to lose belly fat fast is very necessary for an individual. There are different ways to reduce belly fat but balanced diet with exercises can definitely reduce your fat quickly. In case of exercises, you should go for Aerobic exercises and Yoga. From very ancient time, Yoga is very helpful for not only lessening your abdominal fat but also for controlling your body and mind.

Different Yoga Poses to Lose Belly Fat Fast

Camel Pose

This is a backward stretch where you touch your ankles by your fingers. This position actually tones your abdominal muscles. You should do this yoga 5 times a day. But, after every time, a 15-second relaxation is required. With this Yoga, effective pressure is put on your belly, so fat will reduce.

Raised Leg Pose

After lying down with your back, raise your legs up and the heel, touch each other. Then, keep your hands on both sides of your body with palm facing the ground. This pose helps efficiently to lose belly fat fast as well as fats from hips and thighs.

Cobra Pose

After lying down in prone position, legs are slightly scattered but toes should touch the floor. Then, keep your hands on both sides of your body but palms obviously facing the floor. This pose actually stretches your abdomen heavily. So, to reduce belly fat, this is a very powerful yoga. This Yoga is also very helpful for reducing back pain.

Mountain Pose

This position increases the blood circulation of your body and helps to burn belly fat. First, stand straight with your feet flat. After spreading the heels, big toes must be in contact with each other. Hands should be on both sides of your body where palms facing your body. After stretching your hands in front of your body, join both palms. Then, folded hands should be moved up above your head and stretch your spine sufficiently. Your eyes must be faced towards the ceiling but breathing should be normal. This yoga will be helpful to lose belly fat fast. Do it 10 times per day. But, relaxation of 10 second is mandatory between two repetitions.

Sun Salutation

This position consists of twelve yoga poses. It is beneficial to our whole body. One position is forward stretch and another position is backward stretch with deep breathing. It helps to remove toxic from our body, which tends to lose belly fat fast. Do this exercise daily every morning facing the sun.

The above Yoga positions will definitely help you to lose belly fat fast.

Remember, you must take balanced food, maintain disciplined lifestyle with Yoga with proper sleeping habit every day. These habits will not only reduce belly fat and help to maintain a good health.
